By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or attending the workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking Sessions
-
All sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise agreed.
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

Membership fees may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
Membership Cancellation
-
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by giving at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
-
If notice is given after this period, one final payment may still be taken.
-
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
-
We may suspend or terminate memberships where these Terms are breached, including unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Missed Usage
-
Unused studio time, classes, or membership benefits do not roll over unless expressly stated.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under 16s
-
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.
-
The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety during the session.
-
Some sessions may have minimum age requirements due to equipment or health and safety considerations.
Health & Safety
Ceramics can be messy, physical, and occasionally unpredictable.
By attending the workshop, you agree to:
-
follow all safety instructions provided by staff;
-
use equipment responsibly;
-
wear suitable clothing and footwear;
-
avoid behaviour that may put yourself or others at risk.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. In these cases, refunds may not be provided.
Please let us know before your session if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or accessibility requirements we should reasonably be aware of.
Collection & Storage
-
Finished work should be collected within the timeframe communicated to you.
-
Due to limited space, we may dispose of uncollected items after reasonable notice has been given.
-
While we take great care, ceramics are fragile and cracking, glaze imperfections, or kiln accidents can occur.
-
We cannot guarantee the successful firing or survival of every piece.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought into the workshop at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
Photography & Social Media
We may occasionally take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let a member of staff know and we will respect your wishes.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our liability to you shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant session or membership.
Data Protection
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect information necessary to manage bookings, memberships, payments, and workshop operations.
