Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
Safety & Attire
Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting messy. Long hair should be tied back, and long nails may interfere with wheel throwing. Close-toed shoes are mandatory.
Shelf Life & Picking Up Work
Finished pieces are typically ready for pickup 3–4 weeks after your class. Due to limited space, we can only hold work for 60 days after the firing date.
Studio Conduct
We are a community space built on respect. Please clean your wheel and tools after use and be mindful of your neighbors' creative space.
